The genesis of this small but thriving Charity can be traced back to a small group of concerned Christians who began to meet in the Parish Room of the Sacred Heart Church, Hove in response to the growing needs of young homeless people on the streets of the City. Inspired by Christ’s call to reach out to those who suffer, their vision became a reality as the Drop-in Centre literally opened its doors in 1997 onto the streets of Brighton to welcome young homeless people into an atmosphere of hospitality, inclusivity and compassion.
